Marc Schultz joined Jacobson & Schwartz, LLP in 1999.


As of Aug 1, 2014 Marc has elected to change his position with the firm to that of "counsel".


Marc was an Assistant District Attorney for Kings County, New York, and a member of the Elite Eight, a prestigious squad of ADAs, specializing in the investigation of homicides. The Elite Eight had control over their cases from the investigator’s inception, through the Grand Jury stage, to trial completion. During his tenure as an ADA, Marc handled over 25 homicide trials.


Prior to joining Jacobson & Schwartz, LLP Marc served as defense attorney for the New York City Transit Authority. At the time that he left he had been promoted to Assistant General Counsel for the Transit Authority. In such capacity he was the lead defense attorney in all litigation involving public transportation in New York City.
