Paul Goodovitch is a Partner at Jacobson & Schwartz, LLP. Paul joined the Firm in 1982, and today leads the Firm’s most active insurance defense litigation group, focusing on automobile cases, lead paint liability, and liability litigation for gyms and athletic facilities. He is also experienced in electronic discovery issues.


Paul’s accessibility to other group members and the claims people continues to be another key factor in promoting the open exchange of all relevant information. These principles with an emphasis on thorough, aggressive and early investigation have proven instrumental in facilitating successful outcomes.
