Walter P. Wagner was an associate at Jacobson & Schwartz, LLP, through the 1990’s before leaving to start his own practice in 2001. In 2013 he returned to the Firm as a trial attorney. Walter began his career trying cases for insurance companies in the sunny climes of the State of Hawaii before returning to his native New York in 1983. Throughout his career, he has been a trail attorney for carriers in courts throughout the greater metropolitan area. He has also been involved in fire district law, estates, and real estate. His exposure to such diverse fields has deepened his understanding of lawsuits and claims and makes him an effective litigator defending both insurance companies and the insureds of carriers as direct defendants.
